We take the impact we have on the planet very seriously.
We manufacture our products in small, waste-free batches in Malton, York, UK.
Single Use Plastic Free:
We avoid wherever possible using single use plastic in our manufacturing processes. We do not use plastic in our courier packaging. All our product packaging is biodegradable, refillable, reusable or recyclable.
Cruelty Free:
We do not undertake any testing on animals. We don't commission testing on animals from third parties.
Palm Oil and Additive Free:
We do not use palm oil in any of our products. Our products are also free from SLS, parabens, artificial fragrances, colours and artificial additives.
Wholesale Terms
There is no minimum order value. Orders over £750 ex VAT receive a 5% discount. Orders over £1000 ex VAT receive 10%. These discounts are applied automatically during checkout. Delivery on orders over £50 is free. Alternatively you are welcome to collect from our store in Malton.
After you have made x3 orders with us, you are invited to apply for a 30 day credit facility with us. You can do this by emailing wholesale@cosycottagesoap.co.uk or you can continue to pay at the time of ordering.
Normal orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days. For bespoke products that are made to order, our normal turnaround for these would be 2 to 3 weeks.
All items have a minimum shelf life of 12 months except for bath bombs which should be used within 6 months.
We are VAT registered - VAT at the current prevailing rate will be added to prices on the website at checkout.
Vegan items are clearly marked on our website. Other items not marked as vegan contain beeswax. Some people are happy with this but we refrain from labelling them as vegan.
