These are the terms and conditions for the use of Cosy Cottage Soap’s Wholesale website (the “Site”), it’s services, and products. These terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. Please note that in making an order with The Cosy Cottage Soap Company, you are accepting these Terms. We amend our Terms from time to time so please do check these before ordering. These Terms were last modified on 1 February 2022.



The scope of our products are defined by and limited to those products on the Site as amended from time to time. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and price variation. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our minimum order quantity for retails stockists is normally £100 + VAT and £50 + VAT for accommodation providers. Payment can be made by card, via PayPal or by BACS.  For some established customers, a credit facility may be arranged and can be applied for after 1 year's trading relationship with you.



After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of this order. Acceptance of the order will be sent via email from The Cosy Cottage Soap Company to you (the Customer). In the event of non-payment of an invoice (where settlement is to be made by BACS), the order will be deemed as cancelled and any goods received are to be returned in good order. 



A contribution towards delivery costs for all UK wholesale orders is £6 for orders under £100 and £10 for order over £100 and under £200. Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation (we will deliver within 3 working days). If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. If an item is damaged when you receive it you must notify us of this by email to as soon as possible and within 5 working days of the item being delivered to your address. 


We offer international delivery via our wholesale website please do email if you’d like to place an order from outside the UK so we can send you some details about the order process. 



If you are a business, these Terms are governed by English law.
